The ACAC Teaching Kitchen
Classes in a new state-of-the-art culinary arts teaching facility with equipment available to students will serve as a venue for emerging and existing culinary professionals, who want to elevate and increase revenue for their concepts, perfect techniques and discover current and emerging innovative trends. The teaching kitchen will explore food technological innovation that changes the way we produce and consume food. The ACAC is dedicated to cultivating and nurturing Washington, DC’S diverse food culture and will strengthen the thread used to bring people together to advocate and support the community in which it will be located.
